I'll never do that again!

Well he made it. Kody's home. It turns out many months ago he was chomping on one of his tennis balls (as he does so often ), and managed to tear this one to pieces. Turns out that he swallowed a large piece. It must have been in his belly for months. Because I remember when he did that and took the pieces away so he wouldn't swallow any but he did anyways without me seeing. It was OK in his belly but once it lodged in the small intestine, is when the trouble started. Our Vet needed to remove it surgically and now he has staples in his abdomen for ten days. Which means no swimming until they are removed, and he's not happy about that! But thankfully he's back to his usual active self. Eating, drinking and picking on Aleah, but she sure missed him when he was gone. We all did!
