New Broilers

On Friday March 2nd, we got new baby Broilers to raise for two months until they are big and plump. I do the butchering myself along with my neighbor Ursula, who does the plucking.

We got them when they were only one day old and now they are three. They're so small at this stage, but will grow fast.

I need to keep them separate from the egg layers because the bigger girls will surely pick on them!
